Every project listed here was delivered on a turnkey basis: from initial brief through design coordination, procurement, fit-out, FF&E, brand compliance, local authority approvals and operational handover. Each one required managing brand relationships, local contractors, regulatory compliance and the exacting standards of some of the world's most recognised luxury houses.
These projects were completed during a six-year tenure leading group project delivery at Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, with full ownership of project strategy, standards, team and delivery across the entire portfolio.

Role
Head of Group Projects at Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons: a group-level function with full ownership of project strategy, standards, team and delivery across the entire portfolio. Full accountability from initial brief through design coordination, cost, programme, contractor management and brand sign-off.
Scope of Delivery
Every project listed was delivered on a turnkey basis: concept coordination, design development, procurement, fit-out, FF&E, brand compliance, local authority approvals and operational handover. No project was partially managed. Full ownership from first meeting to opening day.
