Every project listed here was delivered on a turnkey basis — from initial brief through design, procurement, build, and handover. Each one required managing brand relationships, local contractors, regulatory compliance, and the exacting standards of some of the world's most recognised luxury houses.
These projects were completed during my tenure leading project delivery at Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, the GCC's foremost multi-brand luxury watch and lifestyle retailer. Not a project manager within a function — the person who led it.
Luxury brand environments are not conventional retail builds. Every brief arrives with brand-mandated specifications, approved contractor lists, materials sourced from specific global suppliers, and zero tolerance for compromise on the finished experience.
